EWC-28003 – Active Design
SUMMARY
New construction of the Toby Keith Expressway (approximately 3 miles) between Pennsylvania Avenue/72nd Avenue NW to 36th Avenue NW that will include a four-lane divided turnpike facility and an interchange at Western Avenue/60th Avenue NW. This new construction will bridge over the 10-mile flat floodplain and S. Santa Fe Avenue/48th Avenue NW.
